Xbox 360 TC Ghost Recon AW 2 free game won’t let me confirm the download on Gold.

I click “See Price” and when I get to Confirm Purchase, it says “This purchase channel requires a billing account. Please add a valid payment instrument...” I click Change Payment Options because there is no Confirm purchase tab, and it takes me to the
internet into my Microsoft account where it asks for my info. When I fill out my info (again, I’m already signed in) it blanks out the info I just filled in. My credit card is already linked to my account. What is the issue here?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue of downloading game with gold game. We recommend to go to the
Account website sign in, then go to your info. Above your picture you will see contact info select that. Towards the bottom you will see address, click on address book. Update your
address here. Do this on a PC or phone.

Try this and let us know.

Yes, thank you. I clicked Xbox in the website, Games, and then, Games with Gold. Under the game info was Download to 360. After I filled out my info again, I selected my credit card on file and downloaded the game.

I've just received the same message for TC Ghost Recon Wildlands. And have been met with the same response from XBOX search.
