    Xbox 360 System update-Xbox live


    A few days ago I was just playing fifa on xbox 360 and doing the transfers when I had the idea to download the squads.

    So I got a ethernet cable and a router and connected it for the first time to my xbox 360.

    Then it asked me to do the xbox live update and when I did it started updating but later failing saying:

    Can't process the update. If problem persists, go to www.xbox.com/support

    *Status Code: 4451-4497-1380-2446-C810-1004 *

    I returned to the dashboard and nothing changed

    Pls help

    That code means your console could not download the update. Can you try a direct connection from your console to the modem via ethernet cable?

    The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

    1. Try installing the update again.
    2. If you are having problems connecting or staying connected to Xbox LIVE, see troubleshooting Xbox LIVE connection issues.
    Note You can also update your console software by copying the update to a USB flash drive or CD.
