    Hi,

    I'm unable to turn my Xbox 360 on.

    This error message appears and I can't access any other page\feature:

    Não foi possível ler a atualização no seu dispositivo de armazenamento. Insira-o novamente para continuar a atualização.

    It was not possible to read the update in your storage device. Insert it again to continue the update.

    The thing is, I've never used any storage device other than the console itself.

    How can I fix this problem?
