Xbox 360 System Error C000-0010

I been trying to connect to Xbox Live (with wired connection on the original models, not the Xbox 360 S) for a while on Xbox 360, but near the end of the update this error code appeared: 4451-4476-1380-0700-C000-0010. I'm thinking this might be a rare
error, because the only thing i could find about this is the Microsoft error code page which said I have a hardware error, but I want to see if I could possibly fix the error myself. I would really appreciate if anyone in the Xbox Community could help me with
this issue, thanks in advance.

Xbox Live update not working

The reason you could not find the code is because the first 4 groups of numbers specifies regions, the final two groups specify the error code.

According to Xbox support, the error code xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0010 occurs when your system undergoes a hardware problem while downloading an update.

The only solution given says to request a repair on your system.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. As M3tal Daz3 has said, that particular

error C000-0010 means that your console has had a hardware failure. It doesn't specifically say exactly what part of the hardware requires repair sadly. If you'd like to re-attempt the update installation just in case, I would recommend rolling the update
back, then attempting to re-download it to see if your 360 will possibly take it. You'll need to clear out your system cache prior to attempting this step as well. If this doesn't work, you'll then know that your console needs a repair.

To reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:

1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
   
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   1. Press the Guide button
      on your controller.
   2. Go to settings and select System.
   3. Select Storage.
   4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.
      
3. Reset your network hardware. Here's how:
   1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
      
   2. Turn off your Xbox 360 console by pressing the power button on the front of the console.
      
   3. Wait 5 minutes.
   4. If you're using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
      
   5. Plug in the rest of your hardware and try to connect to Xbox Live.
