    Xbox 360 support AU and my dealing with them.


    I moved houses and lost my power supply pack, I went online to try and purchase one and it wouldn't go through.

    I went to xbox live chat support and the guy was helpful, he got a guy to ring my phone and try to process it manually.

    This is where my problems start.

    He treats me like a criminal questioning me as to what happened with my power supply and making disapproving mumbles,

    Halfway through explaining that the situation and what I needed to purchase he HANGS UP ON ME.

    I have been passed around in a circle for a month as to where the hell I can purchase a new power supply,

    I will never EVER be dealing with xbox in the future, I'm getting a refund on the xbox one layby I had, yes, that's $800 xbox miss out on, I have a large blog following and everyone will be told about this, I cannot believe the way I have been treated with
    the amount of money I have invested in this console.

    I am so done.

    I recently had 2080 Microsoft Points deducted from my balance for a game that I didn't ever try to download. My Billing History on Xbox.com says I was charged for it but my Download History on my console doesn't show anything and the game doesn't show up
    in my hard drive. The points simply DISAPPEARED. I contacted Support via Email and they told me that I would need to call the Support line on the telephone. I called and was given a support ticket number and then filled out a suspicious account access form
    or something like that. Now my account will be locked for up to three weeks while I wait for an official investigation. : [

    Has anyone ever experienced something this ridiculous before?

    It's so hard to communicate with the support people I don't know if I'm ever gonna get my points back...

    That's what has to happen in a case like this. You say you don't know anything about the points being used so they need to investigate the claim. That means locking out the account so they can track properly.

    Of course, you could always think about friends/family members. Has anyone in your family had access to your account recently or perhaps had it on a friends xbox?

    Absolutely useless , have been waiting for a reply from them for about 3weeks Au live support treat us like we don't exist. Will be contacting them via phone on Saturday to complain and I will continue to call till issues are resolved. Pick up your game
