Xbox 360 suddenly says Network Failed, Internet Blocked

I've been using my wireless Xbox 360 for well over a year with no connection issues. Now out of the blue, it can't connect to the network (failed) and says the internet is blocked (signal strength is 100%). I've checked two other Xbox 360's in the house
and the same issue. I've followed the troubleshooting suggestions about resetting/rebooting, etc and contacted our internet provided (they say the connection into the house is fine), but they still won't connect. Other wireless devices in the house work fine
(cell phones, computer), it just seems to be the Xboxes that have been kicked off. Nothing has changed from one day to the next - worked fine on Thursday, won't connect on Friday. Any suggestions?

I wish I had a good answer. Had my tech friend look into it. The xbox worked fine on his wifi. Said the issue is with our Eastlink router but Eastlink denies it. Waiting for my tech friend to take a look to see if he can change the settings. If not, he’s
going to put a line to it and hard wire it.

have you tried clearing your system cache?

Press the Guide button on your controller.
Go to Settings and select System Settings.
Select
Storage.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
Select Clear System Cache.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Restart your Xbox 360 console.
Disconnect your modem and router, if you have one. Wait for one minute and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Hi there,

Ok thank you for keeping us updated. Since you say that two different Xboxs failed to connect to the network, then it's possible that the router has a firewall blocking the Xboxs or the router just needs to open another network port to allow the console's
better access to the network. This is called port forwarding and will need to be configured through your router settings.

Take a look at this support article for the 4 ports that you should open for Xbox Live and then I'll also provide a port forward website that will guide you through the process depending on what router you have.
