    So im trying to play bo2 zombies but the store wont load so i cant get on live what can i do so the xbox store loads on my zombies screen it wont even load on multiplayer so can anyone give me some advice

    How will the xbox 360 store shutdown affect backwards compatibility?

    Backwards compatible games will still be offered in the store on the Xbox One consoles digitally. The store on the 360 console is what is shutting down.

    This xbox 360 games are still in the 360 Marketplace, this is separate from the current store for Microsoft xbox one games. that is why the price is not showing. Eventually as they phase out the 360 they will have to merge the stores. But at this point
    everyone still has to go to the 360 store to see the prices.

    Sounds like you have no saved form of payment on the 360 side of things which is required for all 360 store items even free items.

    The 360 store and the Xbox One store are two different infrastructures that as yet, don't speak to each other so what you are able to do in the Xbox One store does not carry over. Check that you have a form of payment attached to your 360 store account.

    I bought a digital game from xbox.com yet only have the option to buy it again on the consol.

    The Xbox store is based on the Xbox one store, 360 purchases will go forward but not backwards. You need to request a refund and go purchase it on your 360 hardware
