    Xbox 360 store not working


    Hi,

    I am constantly getting an Uh oh that should not have happened error message while trying to purchase content through the Xbox 360 store. It only happens with backward compatibility titles, even with Games with gold titles for X360. I can buy everything
    that is Xbox One content through my account nd have my credit card linked as well. The problem follows me on my Xbox, PC and iPhone as well, so must be something with my account.

    Can you please review and advise?

    Xbox store not working

    My “store app” is updating, but has never made any progress. This means that I cannot purchase anything on my Xbox at all. Send help b0ss

    Best thing to do is to contact official support by phone to see what is going on.

    The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store

    It's to do with how the Xbox 360 store works. You won't be charged, it is a throw back to 360 days.

    What and where are you trying to purchase? please note some credit is only able to use on certain stores and stuff :). Example the xbox 360 store and the xbox one store are separate so if you try to use xbox one credit on a 360 game it won't work or register.

    I know it works on the console. But it is not a solution for the broken xbox 360 store on the xbox.com website and no excuse what microsoft did with the store.
