    Xbox 360 store is in USD but my region is set to UK


    I have an Xbox one with a Live account and just recently fired up my 360 so I can get games gold 360 game on my Xbox one.

    I have downloaded my Xbox one profile to my 360 and can sign into Live but when I go to the store everything is in USD yet my 360 region is set to UK, anyone help please?

    Serious problem with region setting and unable to amend

    Hello, I have accessed the Payment and Billing and can select the GB account, but it won't save as the default is USD. I can't purchase games from any region as I haven't any payment details set up for the USD account, and I can't set any up as my Paypal
    UK, and I have no US address as I live in the UK.

    Serious problem with region setting and unable to amend

    I now have a USD and a GBP account but it wont allow me to use the GBP one. Defaults to USD. At the time of purchase i was logged into my account in uk using uk only account and purchasing GBP Credit. It told me when trying to redeem the code i was set
    to the wrong region. I am new to xbox live and followed instructions to amend region to redeem the code .

    please check what country is shown in the region/country on this link:
    live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

    If it shows US then your account is a US account and in order to use the UK store you will need to Migrate your account, just be aware that this will have some restrictions and possible consequences. See this link for information for Migrating:

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Many thanks for your reply, when I looked into it further I appear to have ended up with 2 billing accounts, one US and one UK.

    A 5 Min online chat with support seems to have got it sorted, though I am not at the xbox so can't test that but everything in the online store now works

    Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
