    Xbox 360 Storage Space on Xbox One


    Hi everyone (sorry if this has been answered before, I've searched the internet but couldn't find it...)

    I have an Xbox One, but we only use it to play xbox 360 games (Left 4 Dead!)

    My Xbox One has "513.5GB free of 781.0 GB"

    But when I try to buy DCL from the xbox 360 games, the notification when I try to buy says:

    "Available space: 508.1 MB. Required space: 1.34 GB"

    Why is my available space for xbox 360 so low?

    I've tried clearing the 360 cache but that didn't work. Is there anything I can do (besides buy an old 360!)

    The Xbox One has a 500 GB HDD, but only 375 GBs is usable.

    My Xbox One has 231 GBs of storage space left and I don't have an External HDD yet.

    My Xbox 360 has 160 GBs of storage space left.

    Xbox One games take up about 40 to 50 GBs of HDD space.

    Xbox 360 game take up about 6 to 8 GBs of HDD space.

    Will the Xbox Series X be able to use my external SSD

    An SSD provides more storage space not memory and yes you will be able to use it to store Xbox One and games for Xbox 360. Xbox Series X games are required to be on the internal SSD storage or the add on 1TB SSD storage that plugs into the unit.
