Xbox 360 storage ran out of space on xbox one

My xbox one ran out of storage for xbox 360 games backwards compatibility for the cloud, even though I have a Seagate 2tb that still has space, how do I fix this because it doesn't let me go into some of my saved xbox 360 games because it says the cloud storage is 2mb

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to save more data for Xbox 360 games.
I just want to let you know that Microsoft offer us 2GB of cloud space for Xbox 360 games at the moment.

When we run out of space the recommended action is delete unused progress for games

if you need to know how to do that, follow the next steps:

Open any Xbox 360 game > once the game loads press the "view" button and "menu" button at the same time
Go to manage storage > select "yes" > go to "saved data" > there you're going to see all the games that are using cloud data.

Press Y to delete the data you don't need anymore and repeat the previous steps until you're able to save more data

I ran out of HD space on my xbox 360, and installed a larger gig hard drive in the console itself. Is this also possible with xbox one?

I figured it out. I must have ran out of storage space when xbox live added updates so I added memory and now it works. Thank you.
