    This has been a common issue for myself and 1000's of others for a long time now and it looks like Microsoft doesn't care. Why fix a bug when the servers are just being shut down next month anyway... For all that have this issue I've found a work around. You have to buy a digital gift card through them and then redeem it on your account on the actual account site. From there the funds will indeed show on your 360 side of the account. I just bought a game for the first time in years and it went through just fine. I plan on buy about 50 games before the closure, I wish they held a fire sale of sorts and discounted all the games and of course fixed this but i'm sure Microsoft will make millions regardless off people like me trying to get these games before they disappear forever...

    One possible other method I have yet to test but my only other possible work around that I could think of is buying a physical gift card and redeeming but i'm not even sure that would work. If anyone does try the physical method let me know I do think you'd have to pay extra tax though so digital gift card seems like the way to go.

    Please Microsoft try fixing this and if you do send a mass email out to everyone still active on their 360's I plan on playing 360 for decades to come it's my all time favorite console.
