    This is a true thing about what happened to my Xbox 360. So last month it was the day where an episode of the Owl House came out called wing it like witches. It was around 11 am when I was trying to send a request to my brother Brandon092011. It said it
    could not connect to Xbox live servers. I added a message but my Kinnect wasn't working (common issue). So I sent it again. Same thing. Then I sent it again and........................... A LOUD NOISE AND A STATIC SNOWY SCREEN APPEARS. My Tv was on the volume
    of 20% which is normal. But the loud noise wasn't. I contacted a live MS agent. I was trying to connect to the DC3 servers when it kept on saying try again later. My Tv volume was 0. I asked the agent. She said that the servers are fine. I pressed ok (A) and
    then it happened again. Please tell me how to fix this.

    On screen controls keep popping up.

    A thing I noticed: When setting up Kinect, test loudly... very loud (if too loud the Xbox will give you an on-screen message) with no background noise at all.

    Hey atx. I would suggest going to your system settings, and turning off the background ratings sound. If it is switched on, it can cause some annoying background noise. Cheers!

    Ensure that your console is all wired up correctly to your TV/Sound input. Also, take a look in your tv user manual to see if there's any recommendations regarding consoles.

    Also, has this always happened?

    Thanks for the response. No it hasn't always happened, it just randomly started in the middle of a game about a year ago. I have tried it with hdmi and regular a/v inputs on multiple TVs. Maybe it is a software issue since DVDs, netflix, and in game videos
    work fine?
