    Xbox 360 startup trouble


    Hi

    My Xbox startup and is stuck at the start-up screen with the grey ball and the green X. it keeps restarting without the users doing anything. please help fix it.

    I can't even reset the console, it doesn't wait for me to get to the settings section.

    is it done do I need to throw it?

    Xbox Slim freezing on startup after June 2012 update

    I am also having trouble with my xbox 360 slim 250gb. It will freeze every time during startup. I called up microsoft and they want to charge me $99 to fix it. This is ridiculous, microsoft needs to fix this issue without taking advantage of its customers.

    Any help would be appreciated.
