Xbox 360 starts games (physical or digital), but it just stays on black screen.

Did everything like clearing caches, removing the hard drive and still does it. Not entirely sure whats wrong with it. Thanks for any help

when i start fifa 2018 on my xbox 360 fat console the screen stays black and the game does not start. My game is digital and it is on the hard drive. I need you to help me, I just bought the game Fifa 20018.

 

BATTLEFIELD 3 WONT START

i have played atleast 200 hours on this game and now today it decides not to start. after the intro when it says "press start" i press start and the screen goes black and it just stays black but my xbox isn't frozen.??

I did what the thread suggested (just needed the first three) and it worked. I really hope I won't have to do this every time I play a game. Thanks for the help!

 

Mister Cerb, I did all the steps and it still did not work. For me, it is off and on. It was working last night but this morning it stopped at the black screen again. Please let us know what the solution is ASAP. Thanks!
