Xbox 360 started update on 9/23 - Status Code: 4467-4476-2780-0F00-C000-0034

Have an Xbox 360 Slim sitting unused for quite some time (have Xbox One). Started Mass Effect off game pass on XB1, decided to move onto Mass Effect 2 and 3, which I got for my 360.

Turned on Xbox 360 Slim, prompt for update. Update starts. A few seconds in, get an error of:

Cant read the update from your storage device. Please reinsert it to continue the update.

Status Code: 4467-4476-2780-0F00-C000-0034

Problem is...there is no additional hard drive. There is only the internal memory. The one that is on the motherboard. How is this supposed to get fixed if the internal memory is the flash memory on the motherboard?

Unfortunately, the attempt to update from the pendrive with the files downloaded by the computer does not go back, there is still a message: you can not read the update from the mass storage device.
To continue the upgrade, connect it again. Status code: 4467-4476-B680-0F00-C000-0034

416B 4174 2780 0F00 C000 0034 is what I'm getting as the status code. I'm On my way! My iPad so starting a tread and loading to my xbox is not an option. This is really irritating.

To try the following, you will need two USB drives, that can be erased.

First, insert an empty USB drive with at least 8GB of storage in the Xbox 360, and in the settings under Storage, let that drive be prepared as game storage.

Then use a second USB drive and plug it into your PC/Laptop.

Download the offline update for the Xbox 360 from here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/console/system-updates-info

Make sure you unpack the downloaded update to the USB drive. DO NOT simply copy the ZIP file over.

If done correctly, you should have a SystemUpdate$ folder on the drive with several files inside that folder.

Safely remove the USB drive from your PC, and insert the drive with the update files in the console. Turn on the console, and it should find the update on the flash drive.

If the console still can't update itself, then the flash memory on the board is corrupted.

Unfortunately, Microsoft can't service the Xbox 360 console anymore, and you'd have to buy a new console.
