Xbox 360 song import offers

Discus and support Xbox 360 song import offers in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've tried entering my Dance Central 1 code into Dance Central 3, but it never goes through.     I've tried entering my Dance Central 1 code into Dance Central 3, but it never goes through. Now when I click on song import offers it says "The Dance Central 3 server is not available at this time. Please try again later."

    I have tried logging out and back in to my account and I've tried clearing the cache.

    My Dance Central 2 is imported to my Dance Central 3, it is the Dance Central 1 import that I've had trouble with.

    I don't think there is any other way to import the songs. Go into Dance Central 3 and there's an option for "Buy More Songs". In there, it'll say "Song Import Offers". See if you can purchase an import without the code.

    Bear with me because this is difficult. You have to contact Xbox Live Support by phone. Chat support does NOT have the ability to do this. I don't know why but I've been in the middle of this mess for a while myself. Planning on calling Xbox Live Support
    probably tomorrow. Here is the referencing page:

    Submitting a ticket to Harmonix does nothing (I've tried) they will not sell you a manual nor resend a code. It has to come from Xbox Live Support. (Per Harmonix that is).
