Xbox 360 Smartglass, updated TOS, no accept field

Recently tried signing into Xbox 360 Smartglass again after well over a year. I'm getting the problem with account terms of service have changed please go to Xbox.com. Of course I've done that, signed in and everything, looked at the TOS, there's no accept
field and nothing pops up. I've tried on my iPhone, MBP and iPad. Why on earth they can't just make a TOS pop up in the app like everyone else is beyond me. Any solutions appreciated.

Permanent Keyboard On Computer While Gaming On Console?

The only way that I've found to type text onto my xbox one with a keyboard without directly connecting a keyboard to the console is to have smartglass open on my computer. The trouble is that the typing field only pops up on my computer to allow me to input
anything whenever I select a typing field on my xbox one...and sometimes I even have to do that twice before smartglass will recognize that I'm in a text field. Not only that...the smartglass app doesn't default to allow me to type right away either. I have
to click in the tying field on my computer in order to even start typing. That wouldn't be a problem though if I could just keep the typing field up at all times on smartglass without it disappearing whenever I deselect the typing field on the xbox one.

Does anyone know how to keep a permanently visible typing field in smartglass or anything else to help remedy this problem?

 

Xbox Smartglass (for 360) is flagging for App Compatibility in iOS 10.3 (beta)

The Xbox 360 Smartglass app in iOS 10.3 (currently in beta) is flagging as a 32-bit binary that "will not work with future versions of iOS" if it isn't updated.

Is the Xbox 360 Smartglass app (for ios) slated for an update to 64-bit to maintain long-term compatibility with iOS?
