Xbox 360 SmartGlass not working

Same issue, have tried using my Old Iphone 5, my current LG G5, my wifes Ipad, both Laptops with windows 10, nothing seems to connect to the 360.

 

Same here. I believe greedy Microsoft just shutdown the 360 smartglass server and won't admit it just acted like this thing never existed. They stopped updating the smartglass iOS app 4 years ago. The smartglass page was silently removed on the main site
along with all the Xbox 360 infos. I doubt they will ever response to this. With all the features canceled yet Xbox 360 still recieves Ads from greedy Microsoft no matter you if you are a member or not.

 

Doesn't work for me either, tried connecting with an android phone and Windows 8 PC, unable to connect to my 360 no matter what.

 

Doesn't work on my Windows 10 PC, OnePlus 5 (android) and Lumia 820 (WP 8.1)

 

Well it seems I'm not the only one with this problem. I'm both glad to know I'm not the only one and disappointed that this isn't fixed. :/

 

Also trying in the Windows 10 App. Nothing.

 

cannot connect on any device i have check and made sure that xbox smart glass app is enabled on the console ,i have tried samsung s8 ,samsung s4 ,nvida shield tablet ,bluestacks and i have tried using the windows 10 xbox 360 smart glass app - gives error
code " 0xc101008e (0x800c0008) instantly , i also tried using old versions of the app on andoid but i couldnt install them on either phones or bluestacks , any app that works i still have the same problem , i can sign in but cannot connect to any xbox 360
, all im trying to do is get the fable anniversary achievement "see the future Xbox SmartGlass to Fable Anniversary and unfortunately the xbox one smart glass app doesnt work.

id love to know if im wasting my time or if this will be fixed from some one official.

Same issue, i followed all steps with an agent from the helpdesk ( we tried wifi / ethernet cable / 4G ) , reset network settings , delete profile then re-download it, try app with smartphone , with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 but no luck at all.... The agent
told me he will made an escalation... Wait and see

 

I've tried multiple times now and restarted PC, uninstalled app, restarted my 360 and nothing worked, i keep getting the 0xc101008e (0x800c0008) error

 

This is still not working...

Tried using iOS version 10.2 and Windows 10 app with no luck.

I can't believe Microsoft gives its loyal customers the shaft like this. I mean they're all too happy to take our money, but when the community finds a problem with their stuff, they just simply turn a blind eye to the problem.

Please do something about this Microsoft.

 

Got the same problem. Please update and fix it. Im trying to connect for the Fable Anniversary achievement. Is not working in any way possible. It would be nice to take care and dont discontinue the apps and features that fast.

 

Same issue here. Would like to have this fixed. I would like to see what all it does. Using an android tablet with Marshmallow and XBOX is visible on my network. Come on XBOX and MS, fix it and/or tell us 360 owners what is going on?
