Xbox 360 Smartglass get no Conection to Xbox 360

Hello Guys,

i Have Problem. i want conect with the app on my Xbox 360. The App say cant find xbox.

i do the Steps:

1. xbox 360 is on

2. Same Mircosoft Account.

3. under Settings the App is on.

I try with Winows 10, Windows 10 mobile, Windows Phone 8, Android 8.0.

Maybe somebody has a idea.

PS: The Xbox 360 app can u use on xbox one for xbox 360 games?

Xbox 360 SmartGlass App gone from Windows Store?

I went to download the Xbox 360 SmartGlass App onto my Surface from the Windows Store today, and the app no longer appears to be on the store. The Xbox One SmartGlass app is there, but not the 360 one. Web links still point to the Xbox 360 app and have an
'install' button, but when you click it you are navigated to the store--with no app available.

Is this a temporary glitch, or has the Xbox 360 SmartGlass app been removed?

It's on the same internet. My devices and my Xbox one run very well. Even stream from Xbox my windows 10 PC. Only the 360 makes trouble.

i check the guide u send me and from the xbox 360. even the Console Cache. But its Nothing Change.

Windows 10 OS : 17133.1 Windows 10 Mobile OS: 15254.313 Windows Phone 8 OS: 8.10.14234.375 Xiaomi Mi A1 OS : Android 8.0 with March 2018 Update Xbox OS 2.0.17511.0 I check they are all on the newest Update.

I reinstall on my Windows 10 PC. on my Android Phone and on my Windows 10 Mobile and Windows phone 8.1. all say the same is not work.
