    I went into Xbox SmartGlass yesterday and I couldn't connect to my Xbox. My PC and Xbox were on the same network and profile and I couldn't connect because of a "network problem". Today it's doing the same thing.

    Smartglass for Xbox 360 cannot connect to console

    I'm in the same boat with everyone else. Same error code as divotman. My windows 10 PC recognize Xbox 360, but Xbox 360 Smartglass will not connect to my Xbox 360.....

    I'm having the same problem. It worked a couple weeks ago. I've tried my Samsung S7, my android tablet, and I've tried with my windows 10 laptop, both wired and wireless. My console settings are correct also.

    Smartglass for 360 officially unsupported?

    Just tried it now on my Android tablet and while I don't get any error codes, Smartglass will not detect my 360.

    -

    I checked in my settings to see if Smartglass access was enabled and all is good there.

    -

    Edit: If I launch Smartglass after I sign in then it detects the 360 without issue. However if I start Smartglass and then sign-in the app wont detect the 360 at all when prompted to search for it.

    I tried opening the game via xbox smartglass (on xbox 360) but I gives me an error message with status code : 8c230002. When I looked upon the error codes, it mentioned about the xbox live setting which was all fine , as per recommendation.

    My xbox is in USA( NTSC), is that an issue?
