    Not sure what else to try here. I have followed all of the setup instructions. Triple checked that smartglass was turned on the xbox, and ensured I was signed into the same Microsoft account.

    Any help?

    Windows 8.1

    Like the title says I can see the xbox as a network drive on the machine that can't connect.

    Not with an I/O port stating that... The device itself, should be compatible with Xbox Smartglass & Xbox 360 though..

    [Add] oh, It's the x4 USB ports for game controller connectivity with plug & play cables too & the device talks to your xbox 360 for controllers etc.. =)

    The device is for Smartglass in games...

    SmartGlass don't work !

    Hi there i was using Smartglass on Xbox 360 and now i own an Xbox One, i wanted to connect my one to smartglass, but my device can't find my X1 !!!

    It always tries to connect to my old 360 !!!!

    Is that normal ??

    You're not going to get it working. For some unknown reason, once your Microsoft account is hooked up to Windows 8/.1, Smarglass stops working. It's been broken for years. Microsoft still hasn't fixed it. I doubt they will any time soon.

    Xbox One games not on profile

    As mentioned by GrowlingYapper only 360 games shows up here on the Xbox.com website.. but as You've noticed the gamerscore from the Xbox One games is included in the total gamerscore on Your gamercard here on the site..

    The Xbox One Smartglass app however shows all games you've played, on both Xbox one and 360,Progress & gamerscore/achievements..

    (but the xbox 360 smartglass app only displays 360 games last time I checked)

    If you can't see your Xbox 360 on your Microsoft Account page, it's not because of the Smartglass or Xbox Beta.

    You will have to go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com     and manually register your Xbox 360 for it to show up there.

    Just so I am understanding you purchased the Xbox 360 game Remember Me and it has never showed up on your device.

    The device you are trying to get it to show up on is it a Xbox 360 or is it an Xbox One?
