    Xbox 360 SmartGlass app on android


    Installed Xbox 360 SmartGlass app on my Samsung galaxy note8 and it won't let me sign in on my phone. It lets me type in account email and password then after 5 seconds of loading it says "can't connect to Xbox services. Try again".
    I know my account and password are correct. I signed into xbox.com in my web browser. Chatted with support and removed corrupt files deleted some things they asked me to and refreshed my WiFi on Xbox 360. Turned console off then on. Made sure I had high speed
    internet connected to phone and console. Same WiFi on both console and phone. Same Xbox live account on console and phone yet it still reads the same error. Attached pic of end result error after trying on 3 different devices.

    Smartglass issues please help

    My smartglass app wont connect to my xbox 360 with either apple or android. Using the xbox 360 smartglass but it wont connect to my xbox. Suggestions anyone?

    •If you can’t connect to your Xbox 360 console using SmartGlass, first make sure Xbox SmartGlass apps is On in your console settings. Here’s how: 1.From Xbox Home, go to Settings.

    2.Select System and then Console Settings.

    3.Select Connected Devices.

    4.Verify that Xbox SmartGlass is On.

    •Make sure that the same profile you’re using on your device is already signed in to the console.
