XBOX 360 SMARTGLASS APP / CONSOLE NOT FOUND

Hello,

Xbox 360 SmartGlass issue , i tried my android smartphone , Windows 8.1 and 2 pc with latest Windows 10 , i still get the same error "console not found" , i checked everything, my account is the good one , console is set correctly (SmartGlass activated)
and works on Xbox live , its the same network with hired cable. My os version is the lastest one 2.0.17511.0. What's the issue ?

Please update the Xbox 360 SmartGlass app to work with iOS 11

Microsoft, please update the Xbox 360 SmartGlass app to work with iOS 11. Currently it’s incompatible with iOS 11 and therefore can’t be downloaded from the App Store anymore.

Smart glass can find my xbox one but wont connect to it.

G'day crow! Is there any other info with that error message in Smartglass? Can you please verify the following:

• You're using the Xbox One Smartglass app, and not Xbox 360 Smartglass.
• Smartglass is enabled on your Xbox One console.
• Your console and your device are connected to the same network.
• You've tried connecting automatically as well as manually entering the console's IP into the app.
  
• You're signed in to the same profile on both the console and the app.

Have you tried reinstalling this app on your mobile device? Also, have you ensured that your mobile device is fully updated? Additionally, are you able to test switching between WiFi and your mobile network and can you confirm that
that the same profile that you are using on your mobile device is the same one that is signed in to the console?

So yeah my S7 edge is up to date with the lastest android version, i uninstall the app then re-install > still the same issue console not found

I tried my xbox 360 on the wifi and with the cable > still the same issue console not found

I tried my 3 computers on the wifi / with the cable / uninstall - reinstall the app > still the same issue console not found

Its my Microsoft account on all systems ( pc , smartphone and xbox 360 , xbox one , xbox one x ).

SmartGlass xbox one working fine on all systems in the same network.

I tried the shared 4G network from smartphone with the xbox 360 > still the same issue console not found...

What could the issue ?

Thanks for the update on that. Is your Xbox 360 console enrolled in the Preview Insider Program? Also, have you checked to see if your Xbox 360 console is fully updated? The

Yes Xbox 360 is inside the Preview Insider Program, the version of the Dashboard is the lastest one : 2.0.17511.0 (never get any other "preview" updates since at least 2016)

I also tried another Xbox 360 from a friend (not in the insider preview program) still not luck.

I even create another account to be sure it was not due to my account, and still getting "Console not found" with all devices ( computers and smartphone ).

Of course all is up to date.

Now the only thing i can see strange on the Xbox 360, if you go on the Dashboard, "applications" on the top is not written correctly in french, its written in Dutch (i reported that a long time ago but never get any updates on it , check here https://forums.xbox.com/en-AU/p/thread/9d433d60-d3de-4f1c-a15f-54543fb7473c
). Its due to the fact that the region is Belgium ( Dutch is one of the main languages as French speaking , my account is set as Begium and French Speaking as my Xbox 360 too BUT applications stay in Dutch all others things are in French ).

I'm totally stuck about that issue.

Any other ideas ?

So i contacted the support and we did all steps again once to setup the SmartGlass but no luck... console is still not found

Now i checked on the forum and its the same issue for many other players too > check it here

Yep, Since January nobody has been able to use the 360 smartglass. This is beyond frustrating as a few achievements are directly tied to connecting with 360 smartglass. Microsoft, please fix these issues so we may continue to obtain these achievements.
