    I rarely play my xbox360 but ever since purchasing a nba 2k14 from gamestop a few months ago my dashboard takes 5min ish to load. Also within the last few days I have been unable to sign into xbox live. I have tried removing the HDD and LB, RB, X, LB, RB,
    X. and still takes forever to load the dashboard. A few times it completely skiped the dashboard and went to whatever disk i have in.

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    I need help-Xbox One Dashboard speed and connectivity to Xbox live troubles.

    every time I turn my Xbox on it is extremely slow and frustrating! It will take minutes to load into certain areas on the dashboard and I can't connect to Xbox live or my wifi and when I try to sign in it says, that the sign in has taken too long to start.

    The dashboard is just really slow I've done everything like restarting my Xbox and unplugging the cords but nothing seems to work. Someone please help I'm getting stressed out XBox 360 - slow to dashboard and unable to sign into xbox live :p .

    your console system cache may contain corrupted data, and clearing the system cache can resolve problems. This must be done a minimum of three times. For more information, see:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Apply the newest xbox live update if possible

    Cache has been cleared 3 times this morning. When I clear it i get a status bar pop up and goes away. No progress line on it so either it was that quick or it didnt clear, not sure which. When i get home from work i'll try to clear it a few more times and
    proceed with the next step.

    Xbox 360 doesn't use Azure servers, it uses 15,000 Xbox Live servers. It's the Xbox 1 which uses Azure servers, 300,000 Xbox Live Azure servers.

    This new issue affects only the Xbox 360. See my earlier post details. This issue IS Microsoft's issue. When you are not signed in, you can bypass the black screen by inserting a game disc of the game you want to play, the Xbox 360 Dashboard loads that fine,
    while it's doing that, sign in. It worked for when I wanted to play COD BO2. But when I start my console and sign in then, launch an app or game, I get the black screen. It's not a defect of the Xbox 360 Dashboard. It's the *source" which Xbox 360 is connected
    to, and the only service which Xbox 360 consoles are connected to, is one thing only, Xbox Live.
