Xbox 360 Slime E not working with HDMI

Im trying to use HDMI on the Slime E but my TV says "No Input". The HDMI cable is 100% plugged in correctly and works. The controller wont connect so I dont think its booting into the dashboard. It works fine when I use the terrible AV lol.

which cables do i need to hook up xbox 360 slim-e to vga monitor(no hdmi) with speakers? all i can find are old xbox 360 slim guides

HDMI port not working

My sons slim 4 gig 360 hdmi isn't working . when I bought it for him it was working with hdmi and now it says format not supported . The av cords work with it though. What's wrong ?

Hi, you don't have the hdmi and regular a/v cable connected at the same time do you ? that would cause problems.

I use a xbox 360 e with a hdmi 2.0 cable

apex that will only work for "fat" or s models. the e model uses a 3.5mm a/v plug or hdmi.

Slime Rancher was a fun little slime farm type of game rated E(10 and up) and its good for teaching to feed the slimes, pick up after them, and can teach them a little bit about selling on a market where prices go up and down based on quantity being sold

I haven't ever heard anything about being able to connect an Xbox One to an Xbox 360 E, unless you just mean through the HDMI input, but that would work with the Xbox 360 S, too. If you want to play Xbox 360 games, you play them on an Xbox 360, plain and
simple. The controller that's synched with your Xbox One will not control a 360 game. You have to synch it to the 360. If I'm wrong on that, I'd love to know.

An HDMI cable is a pretty inexpensive means of hooking it up, but yeah, if you can't do HDMI, I'd recommend component cables. It's analogue HD, but it works.
