Xbox 360 slim wifi trouble

I have a Xbox 360 Slim model and it wont connect to the internet I am trying to use a 5ghz wifi which I heard dosent work but it is showing up and I have a 2.4ghz wifi to and that one isnt showing up my 5ghz wont connect and idk how to make my 2.4ghz wifi to show up can anyone help?

Hello again, try to follow the procedures below.

Select the name of your wireless network.

Enter your wireless network password and select Done. ...

Select Configure Network.

On the Basic Settings tab, select Wireless Mode. ...

Select Scan for Networks.

Select your wireless network name.

Ok but how do I make my Xbox are my 2.4the wifi?

Hello again, as I mentioned above there is an adapter that you can use on the console, but it can be hard to find.

The Wireless and Wireless N Adapters can be used on these models to add support for the 5 GHz band.

Hello again, I do not know if you have access to your modem router, so you can check the settings, if you do not have the ideal would be to open a technical call to your service provider so that they can correctly check the frequencies of your equipment, which is enabled or not.

I cant do that because my wifi isnt showing up my 5ghz is but my 2.4 ghz isnt.
