    Xbox 360 Slim turns off when connected to internet. It first turns on fine but after a few seconds of connecting to xbox live it restarts. Please help

    Kinect causing loss of internet connection

    He has a Xbox 360 slim . It is connected to internet wirelessly. He is playing Kinect Adventures. We have DSL from AT&T with home network router. When he plays the green lights on the router turn red and my other devices lose internet connection.

    Hey Templar! Try this,1. Turn on your Xbox 360 slim 2. Connect the data transfer cable to the back of the Xbox 360(with the old HDD already plugged up) 3. Turn off your Xbox 360 and then turn it back on. Try that and reply with updates.Happy gaming!

    Help Please !!! Share Xbox Live with Xbox 360 and One

    Is the problem simply the 360 connecting to Live, or your profile logging in?

    When your 360 is trying to connect, is the One also turned on?

    Try turning the One off* and see if the 360 will connect to Xbox Live.

    It could be a network error where the two consoles are causing conflicts with each other.

    *To turn the One off completely (not just into Instant On, where it might still have an active Internet connection), press the Xbox logo on the front for about five seconds and the light on the power supply should change to orange. Now unplug it from the
    wall.

    It depends on how fast your internet connection is. The internet explorer with my internet speed can almost keep up with my laptop. The Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 slim are going to operate at the same speed though
