    Xbox 360 Slim turned off unexpectedly and wont turn on


    I was playing a game and my xbox just shut down i try turning it on it beeps the brick light is red and i just bought this power brick brand new then i plug my old brick in it works but my solution isnt solved please i need help

    Where did you purchase the brick from? If it is a 3rd party brick then MS will not cover it. If it was through the Microsoft Store or the repair site then contact support to set up an exchange.
