Of course it is quite a bit bigger than the 360 slim, the original Xbox 360 was bigger than the slim, I'm sure it's bigger than the Xbox One slim will be too. That's the point of releasing the slim versions later on. But it is only 2.4cm longer than the original Xbox 360, which is what it should be compared to, not the revised, shrunk later released versions.

So i bought a 'Xbox 360 Slim 120 GB HDD' for my XB 360 4gb today from Amazon, i plugged it in the Xbox 360 and at the beginning it worked perfectly normal, Destiny was downloaded then it froze at 37%, i tried restarting it and then it said ''You need a Xbox
360 HDD to play Destiny''

What just happened? Please help!

 

with Factory Reset I lose my data , games on hd, scores , etc. ?

Sorry to hear your Xbox 360 is turning back on after you shut it down. To check, do you have it plugged directly into a wall outlet or are you using a power strip? If you're using a power strip try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead, as power
strips aren't supported and can cause issues like that. Along with the way your console is plugged in, if you have any USB devices plugged in make sure you try removing those to see if that prevents your console from turning back on.

If there is anything nearby that may be brushing against the power button be sure that is moved. Keep us in the loop with how it goes
