Xbox 360 Slim: rescues missing

I'm italian and sorry for my poor english.

I have the xbox 360 from June
2012 and I've never had problems of any kind.
Now, after two months
of inactivity I discovered for the first time
that ALL rescues are gone, except
GTA 5 which fortunately was in a
USB key, but unfortunately not
the last save which was the internal hard disk
as all the others.

I can guarantee you that is not a
technical problem. Never turned off the
Xbox during a rescue.
Never the power went while I was playing.
And hard disks work perfectly, there are yet the
games taken from xbox live, but no rescues.

Investigating around the internet, I suspect that
is the fault of Microsoft updates.

I have at least
15 games with the rescues
lost. If you know Assassin Creed
Black Flag, I was halfway through the game,
you have no idea how much time I
spent to get there?

So, now I'll explain the mystery.

I have the internal hard drive of
4GB.

1 gb is dedicated
only to the system.

Now, look.

As you can see, there are 905
mb. But, looking at the contents,
there are only 17 + 2 +
0.6 mb, total 19,6mb
and not 905mb.

In fact, when I had all the bailouts,
it was available 905mb.

It is as if the memory remain unchanged,
but the bailouts are not seen.

When I have the bailouts, were available
905 MB. Now that the bailouts
are gone, they are still available 905mb.

What happened?? What can I do?

Xbox One and Kinect 2's exact size, cable length revealed

Of course it is quite a bit bigger than the 360 slim, the original Xbox 360 was bigger than the slim, I'm sure it's bigger than the Xbox One slim will be too. That's the point of releasing the slim versions later on. But it is only 2.4cm longer than the original Xbox 360, which is what it should be compared to, not the revised, shrunk later released versions.

Questions about the 360 slim

Hi guys so my brother is going to give me his slim and before I replace my og xbox 360 I was wondering about a few things.


Is there any reason why I wouldn’t change to the slim? My OG has a 250 harddrive and slim is missing a hard drive so I have to buy one.


I have OG Xbox games that work with my current OG 360 so would those work on the slim still?


I wanted to get your opinions before I buy a slim Harddrive and do the transfer.

 

It sounds like your internal Flash memory might be failing. From the picture, it appears that you already have a internal HDD installed, so I'd use that for your storage. If you want to look into a repair for the internal flash, log into your Microsoft Account
at http://myservice.xbox.com, make sure you register your console there if you haven't already, and then you can look into a repair.

The HDD 4gb is right inside and I think it is not removable.
