    Ok guys, I need to know if what the name of the connector piece is (it's the piece that connects from the PSU into the xbox 360) and if I will be able to buy a sort of corner adapter so I can fit my xbox 360 onto my shelf.

    Using a x360 arcade psu with a x360 slim

    I bought a Xbox 360 Slim from the US and I got the 110V psu, so I can't use it in Europe. One of my friends has a broken x360 arcade console so he can give me its psu. Can I use the psu from the Arcade console with my Slim console?

    Hello TimeLord, let me just see if I understand correctly. Are you trying to find a adapter to use an original Xbox 360 power adapter, then this might be helpful

    But it would probable recommended to get and Official one. I would suggest registering your console here and this site will ensure you have right one

    You should never use any kind of 3rd party adapter with your console.

    Have to say that if the rear of your console is that close to a shelf then you may suffer from overheating issues.

    What I'm saying is, a real Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim Power Supply (PSU) doesn't have a fan. If yours does, then it's counterfeit. It's a fake. Using fake PSUs are not only dangerous (Fire hazard), but they could very well fry your console and make it unusable.
    Follow my instructions and get a real PSU directly from Microsoft.

    May I know from which country are you located? Did you originally purchase your consoles within your country?

    Based from the support link below, these are the differences of their power ratings:

    Xbox 360 E console: Uses a 120-watt PSU
    Xbox 360 S console: Uses a 135-watt PSU
    Xbox 360 original console: There are several versions of the PSU for the original Xbox 360 console. Depending on the power requirements of the console, a 203-watt PSU, a 175-watt PSU, or a 150-watt PSU may have been included.
