    Xbox 360 Slim Power Adaptor Brick (SG)


    Hi there

    My Xbox Slim's power adaptor is dead ( no light at all) and I have already tried unplugging and plugging in back the cable out from power outlet and Xbox.

    Is there any official reseller or online store in Singapore selling the power adaptor brick of Xbox since I do not see one while googling for it ? Thanks.

    My xbox sounds like a tank.

    Is it a new slim xbox? My psu was very noisy so i bought an adaptor that lets me fit an old power brick to the slim, best move i ever made, so much quieter

    You do get some noisy ones that's for sure, the one I got with my Gears console certainly was. Thankfully i still had the old power brick (from the old style xbox 360) those things really are silent. So with a very cheap adaptor that allows you to connect
    the old style power brick to the new slim I now have the best of both worlds

    A very quiet xbox 360 with a very quiet power brick

    There's a nifty Xbox 360 No Power Solution guide that may be your best bet at this time:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-360-no-power-solution

    You'll notice you've probably already tried some of the steps there. If also trying another room entirely didn't work, it may be time to setup a repair. Another good test is borrowing a friend's power supply to see if it works properly for the console.

    Have you checked the power brick for buzzing? My Xbox 360 250GB Slim has a slight buzzing from the power supply occasionally.

    Are you sure it's the power adapter in this case? Is the adapter bricked or the light red? Generally buying a console from one country and trying to use it in another won't work for a variety of reasons. It probably isn't the power adapter causing the issues
    in this case. With the different countries consoles not being compatiable.
