Xbox 360 Slim - On but not showing on screen.

A few days ago I was playing just like regular when my system froze, so i shut it off. At this point i turned it back on and was greeted by my tv's "No Signal" screen. The tray still opens, so I know it is still receiving power. I have tried switching tv's,
hdmi cables and switching to components... all with the same result. With some research, i figured it could be a problem with a broken USB port, however I've checked the USB ports and they are all perfectly fine. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could
possibly be, and/or how to fix it?

hi i wonder if microsoft is to resolve this error I'll talk my xbox 360 slim i put gta 4 game on my console it is showing the image not talking about physician not recognized until there all right but when it starts the screen goes black and nothing appears

XBOX 360 slim has a red dot in the middle of the power button.

I have xbox 360 slim just 11 months old one day in sunday i turn on i see red dot. one day later its workd monday and tuesday(bad langue) then now its red again. but in tv not showing E error.

What it could be possibly be is your HDMI cord be sure to check and see if it works on any other devices in your home like a DVD player fro example and if it works there is probably a problem with an internal component inside the xbox or possibly the HDMI
port on the xbox also try using the cord that came with your console .

Try a different HDMI cable to see if that fixes it. If you're still getting a blank screen, try a different HDMI port on the tv, if one is available. If that doesn't fix it, then try the A/V cable (if you have one, or know someone that has one you can use)
and see if that fixes it. If none of the above fixes it, then there's a problem with either your console, or your tv.

I cant get mine to work either. Its brand new (even a rented one would not work) when i can get the screen to show up it will just freeze up at the first menu. I can not return to home screen when it freezes. My xbox is xbox 360 slim (no internal hard drive)
