    Xbox 360 Slim model 1439 Freeze on Splash


    After recent update my 360 slim shows a glitchy splash screen and freezes about half way though every time.

    There are no red lights on the power brick or system.

    So far I have:

    Checked ALL connections

    Tried to start it without the Hard Drive

    Tried to force an update reset by starting it with the CDRom half open

    Tried to update with a USB stick

    Tried starting by holding down the power button till the lights flash in sequence, It flashed all four green and turned off clockwise

    Tried starting while holding the sync button

    Tried staring with the eject button

    Any help would be great!! Thank you.

    Build in wi-fi problem

    I have xbox 360 slim model 1439, there is an internal adapter in it.

    I did try it with no game in the disc tray, yes. I took it out on day 1 when this all started.

    I just borrowed another Xbox 360 Slim -- Same Model # (1439) and manufactured in the same month as mine, and it works with no issues on my monitor, so this 100% proves it is my Xbox 360 Slim that is the cause of the problem. I give up.
