Xbox 360 Slim loading VERY SLOWLY

I've been having problems with my Xbox loading when I start it. Yesterday I turned it on and it was taking forever to load the profile section. Today I tried it and it takes around 10-15 seconds to load the profile section and 5-10 seconds to sign in. I
don't know if its broke or not I'm just worried. I tried clearing the system cache, re download my profile, taking out the HDD and trying it without it, and deleted the current update and still doesn't load as fast as it did. Any information would be greatly
appreciated.

I have deleted many things off of the HDD to maybe help it to load faster, I cleared the system cache over 5 times, and i just turned the xbox off and let it sit for about 3 hours just to let it cool off.

Yesterday I tried to see if it would load faster without the Ethernet cable, it loads about normal time like what it used to. It showed the loading circle for about a half a second. So maybe it could be an internet problem.

 

Network issue. Especially if you deleted/redownloaded your profile. I've had similar issues in the past. Once was when my routers upnp wasn't working correctly...Solved by manually port forwarding and assigning an IP address. Second instance was resolved
by deleting/redownloading profile. I sign in in about 4 seconds. Usually instantly.

 

I'd recommend clearing your system cache 3x, setting a manual IP address, manual DNS servers of 4.2.2.2, and 4.2.2.3, port forwarding on your router, lowering firewall settings, disable dos protection, and try a direct connection to your modem/router with
an Ethernet cable.

 

I fixed it. Just had to reset my router/modem.
