    Xbox 360 slim issue


    When I turn my Xbox360 Slim on, the center green light turns on, but none of the green lights around the circle appear. On the controller, all 4 lights just flash on and off repeatedly. My TV doesn't read any signal coming from the Xbox. Please help. Checked
    the HDMI connection, the power brick is fine (orange when xbox is turned off, green when it's turned on), I've checked all USB connections and nothing is damaged or obstructed, I've tried removing the hard drive, dusted off the fan and all the vents.

    Of course it is quite a bit bigger than the 360 slim, the original Xbox 360 was bigger than the slim, I'm sure it's bigger than the Xbox One slim will be too. That's the point of releasing the slim versions later on. But it is only 2.4cm longer than the original Xbox 360, which is what it should be compared to, not the revised, shrunk later released versions.

    The story of my Xbox 360

    ^ The chances of that are slim. Maybe 1 out of a million. So slim in fact that I would venture to guess that a person has an even greater chance of picking up a used xbox 360 slim with RROD issues as opposed to one that was banned.

    And what are the odds of a 360 Slim or E model having Red Rings of Death issues? I've never heard of any, have you?

    For the record, looking around this forum and various other forums. It does seem that the only people having issues, are those with the Slim models of the 360.

    My old white XBOX 360 never had these issues and it was only since getting the slim. Maybe there are a number of faulty units out there?
