Xbox 360 slim full red ring

Ok.. I have tried all the fixes on this forum. Well ventilated.. New power brick. Check hard drive. Blow out system. Only one I didn't was to change out the av cable because I use a hdmi cable to connect mine. It says it's shutting down cause it's over
heating? I don't see how cause it's in a completely open space and the fan is running?

With my 360 slim, it shows the xbox 360 logo when you first turn it on then i get the red ring of death, anything i can do? it doesn't flash its just a solid ring? help please?

It could be that the console is dying on you. You should set up a repair request to get the console fixed.

actually there is a problem with your AV cord try to unplug the AV cord from the xbox 360 console and the tv then plug it back in. if it did not work thy a different av cord and try if it worked then the other AV cord is broken and need it to be fixed.

if it did not work after that then you need to send it in under onyx's link.

I am also experiencing that but on an Xbox 360 but it wont turn back on. It's not the red ring of death because there was none and because it's a 360 slim, it's plugged in and it's not hot at all!

Dude, Honestly, It is worth your while to buy the Xbox 360 Slim. Its sooooooooo much better then the original Xbox 360 and the failure rate on the slim is very low compared to the original Xbox 360. The effectioncy of the slim is better and there is no overheating
or ventilation problems which was the cause of "The Red Ring of DEATH" on the original.

You don't need the hard drive but if you do, it needs to be completly in. There is a new xbox 360 slim that came out in 2011 with the kinect. With the new slim, the red ring of death is now gone. FINALLY!
