Xbox 360 & Sky Go App

Does anyone know if Xbox 360 has discontinued supporting the Sky Go app - it was working intermittently last week but will now not open, the message reads, sky service isn’t available right now, try later. Sky just say if the app works on other devices
the app isn’t the issue it’s the Xbox.

Well I have no specific knowledge of the situation, I would expect that Xbox 360 app support, the ones that are still working, will be going away in the near future. There not enough people usiing them to make it worth cntinuing to update it. I suggest
you pick up a Roku for your SmartTV needs, uses less than 1/6 the power to boot

In addition to the information that was already provided to you above, here is a link on

how to set up SKY on your Xbox 360 console.

To set up SKY on your Xbox 360, follow these steps:

On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership required).
Go to Apps, and then select Apps Marketplace.
Browse for Sky.
Select Sky to download and install the app.

But that is not confirmation from Sky though is it? Which was my point Sky said this posted by Padre in another thread.
