Xbox 360-Signs out of profile and Xbox live when starting game or app

So for the last 2 weeks, every time I try to play a game, or use Netflix, the WWE APP, it will start up, and then immediately sign me out of my profile, not just xbox live. The games wil let me sign back in, but every time I try and do this with the Apps,
it freezes the console. I've followed many different protocols and troubleshooting posts, and it still won't let me use it.

I get no error messages at all when I test my connection, everything is fine. For whatever reason it keeps signing me out. I've also cleared my system cache and restarted the modem, router, and xbox many times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

can't sign into profile

when I try to connect to sign into my profile I am instantly disconnected from xbox live. when I sign out of my profile I can connect to xbox live. this is starting to become very annoying and I need help figuring out what to do.

 

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

Apologies for the delayed response. Let's try a quick a redownload of your profile to see if that helps. To redownload your profile press the Xbox button while on the Dashboard and select "Download profile". From there you'll just re-enter your sign-in information
and it will redownload your profile.
