XBOX 360 sign in not working correctly.

So I have an xbox 360 and decided it would be cool to look at my old account, anyway after logging in with the right details it said there is "No Email associated with this account". Anyway I logged into XBOX.com and when I pressed "sign in" it signed me into a random account called "WorkDeer5216105" which now means that I can't log into my other account that I have been trying to log into because now it just puts me into this one. And where did this one even come from? I have no such accounts and never have. What should I do to log into my old account?

If are more than sure that's the account and you never logged for a long time. Sadly as the account was inactive, the system automatically deleted it

There was an issue with the page over the weekend which should have been fixed. If not, you'll need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
