    Xbox 360 Sign-In Issue on Xbox One


    after i performed a new update on my xbox one console i suddenly can’t sign in on any xbox 360 games. it says i am signed in on the home screen but when i go to play a game a warning pops up that says i am not signed in to a profile and gives me no option
    to sign in in a game. i only have this problem with xbox 360 games and i was able to sign in before this update so i’m just wondering why this is happening and if there’s anything i can do, thanks!

    It is possible to sign in on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One at the same time with no issues to your account.

    The only solution to this issue I have seen is to sign online with your account in an xbox 360 (any xbox 360 will do)

    After that you will not have issues with purchasing xbox 360 bc games from xbox one

    You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).
