    Xbox 360 Sign In Error


    So I am trying to sign in with my account on my Xbox One X to play Call of Duty Black Ops (360 game). Every time I sign in with my account, I get an error saying that the credentials were not valid, despite the fact that on my sign in history on my Microsoft
    Account page, it is saying that I have successfully signed in. I thought that maybe signing in on my Xbox 360 console would fix the issue. However, when I sign in on it, I get an error saying that my parent account was invalid. There is just one problem: I
    am running an adult account! I do not have a parent account, yet I am receiving this error. Nevertheless, even when I try to change parent accounts, I get an error saying that Xbox Live sign in is unavailable, and it boots me out. So, what am I supposed to
    do? Do I just need to abandon this account? I have no idea how to fix this error, and any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Why does my Xbox 360 keep saying "A problem occurred while signing in"?

    Sometimes I get the same error on the Xbox 360. Signing in on account.microsoft.com, then signing back in on the Xbox 360 usually fixes it.
