XBox 360 Shutting down

    My console keeps shutting down by itself. I've cleaned the console and the power box and it still does it. Any solutions?

    Saying my goodbyes thanks for nothing M$.

    if 360 servers get shut down then would't the xbox one servers be shut down? arent they the same live service?!

    Hello Microsoft. I was worried about the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360 Shutting Down Next Year. Is this true? Because someone just posted that your Company is Shutting Down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. If it's true please don't shut down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox360.
    There's still a lot of people are playing XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. Thank you and have a nice day Microsoft Community!

    Hello Mike,

    Sorry for the issue with the console. Could you try to unplug the console completely and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes then plug it back in. See if that helps.

    Sorry for the issue with the console. Could you try to unplug the console completely and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes then plug it back in. See if that helps.
