xbox 360 shutt off, second console to do this after connected to xbox live

Could you try running the network troubleshooter on your Xbox 360. To do this, please : navigate to your settings page > Console Settings > Network Settings > Test Xbox Live connection. This will then test your Xbox Live connection. Once it has finished,
please try to sign into your account again.

If that does not work, please turn off your network router, and leave it off for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, please turn it back on, and try signing into your Xbox account again.

Are you still seeing issues with connecting to Xbox Live? If you're still not able to connect let's try a full power cycle on your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds (or until console powers off). While your console is off try resetting your
network by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnect.

After you reset your network try connecting to Xbox Live again and let us know how it goes.

Is your Xbox One console fully updated and connected to Xbox Live? It must download the updated files from Xbox Live so it can be installed on your console.

Try this. With the game disc in your console, power-cycle it (press and hold the power button on the face of the console, holding it down for several seconds, until it shuts off). Then, after it's been off for 15-20 seconds, restart it and see if it starts
installing.

Thank you for posting, if the console is giving errors about connecting to Xbox Live maybe try these steps to troubleshoot this.

1. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds to turn it off
2. After the console is off, unplug the router and modem that the console is connected to for 30 seconds
3. Plug the router and modem back in and allow them to power on
4. After the internet connection is established, power back on the console
5. Attempt to complete the desired task on the console one reconnected
