Xbox 360 Settings Menu

Good Morning.
My xbox 360 is not enabling the Accounts option in the settings menu, only the Family, Systems, Preferences, Shutdown options. What could be happening?

Try shutting it down and unplugging it for a couple of minutes. Then start it up and try again.

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

How are you connected to the internet? Wifi or Ethernet?
Have you tested your network to check if your console is connected to the internet?
Do you see any error codes on the screen?

If you can confirm these first, we can have a better understanding of what is the problem.

I was having the same problem. The solution I found was to go into the game that it said I was playing, then go to the xbox 360 menu by pressing the view button and menu button at the same time, then go to settings then preferences then online status then set it to appear offline.

Open your xbox 360 menu in game go to storage settings delete your profile and resign back in. This is what worked for me.

Gamertag accounts are spread around multiple servers, and it can take up to 48 hours for all servers to be "in sync" again.

After those 48 hours, try to delete the local Xbox 360 storage from your Xbox One in the storage settings of your console, then start a Xbox 360 game, and press both the View and Menu buttons. Download your profile again in the Xbox 360 guide menu.
