    Xbox 360 service alert?


    I've tried entering some codes for Xbox pre-paid gift cards and it says "This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code." (The codes should be fine, because they weren't scratched off and they were approved according to the receipt.)

    After also getting automatically signed out of Xbox Live (those two are unrelated events, I didn't get signed out because of unvalid codes), I checked my network connection and it seems fine, except for a Service Alert.

    After the "Your Network Status" part, it says "Live Status" and in the first subcategory it has a yellow exclamation mark and then "Service: Service Alert" and below "Network Statistics", it says "Live Service Alert: www.xbox.com/servicealerts. Visit www.xbox.com/networkhelp
    for help."

    well there was a red service alert for signing in on xbox one and 360 also a service alert for friendlist so it wasnt just me

    There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.

    Daily Motion app is also unavailable though service alert says up/running. Also current service alert says affected platform is XBox One but it is also affecting some stores purchasing on 360.
