My 10 year old Xbox 360 device was recesntly sold but I failed to remove my account name and info. How can I now block the new owner from access to my xbox live or other account info? I use the same account id with my new xbox one device so I don't
want to delete or change it as I would lose my current achievements with xbox one games.

I would log into the account on the Microsoft or Xbox website and change all your security info. Then remove the Xbox from your device list.

You can also used Xbox 360 profile protection along with changing the password. That will require the account to be redownloaded before using it and without the log-in information, no one else would be able to do so. Actually, I already did the security proof once from Microsoft, but it keep saying to add security on Xbox 360 last time. Why is it so important to add security proof on Xbox 360?
