    Love how Xbox doesn't offer an email option to contact them but whatever...

    I am so very frustrated right now. My daughter is trying to play Minecraft Multiplayer and everytime I try to adjust her security settings it refuses to save. I have gone through on my phone, the app, on my pc via chrom, edge and firefox and nothing will
    let me save her settings. I have tried several times to do this over the past year and for some reason it refuses to let me, the administrator of our microsoft family, to modify our account. Can someone please help me because this is beyond stupid.

    Hi Suzie,

    Can you give us a bit more information on the error/issue you're getting on the Xbox? When you try to download/log in, do you get a particular error code (IE: 800xxxxx) or error message?

    In order not to break Xbox 360 games, they are all bridged to the 360 store. There are security issues doing this. If you eish to use your bakance yo purchase you must use an actual xbox 360

    Could it be a dynamic IP or security issue? And you need to set a consistent IP from your Xbox 360 to your router.

    Hi!

    The xbox 360 wireless does not support WPA2-AES.

    Make sure the wireless security type (in the router) is WEP, WPA or WPA2 (PSK).
    OP mentioned that the issue is with their Xbox One and not 360.

    Actually, I already did the security proof once from Microsoft, but it keep saying to add security on Xbox 360 last time. Why is it so important to add security proof on Xbox 360?
