Xbox 360 score still missing

Hello and Thank you in advance for your time.

Ok so about the time when backwards compatibility was happing I was going back and forth between my Xbox one and 360 playing games on one and watching movies on the other or playing my 360 offline because my daughter watch stuff on the Xbox one. So bring
this up because one night while I was recovering my account on a new 360 I purchased all of my 360 Gamerscore was wiped and I watched it happen over the course of about 4 mins. Now I am past it now since I have gone back into PC gaming for the most part but
I am wondering if there has been updates on a fix for this? Now I have taken all the steps as in re-downloading my profile to a friends 360 since I have returned the one I did purchase because of this and before any says I "cheated" I have never cheated in
my gaming because I am too competitive to allow myself to do that and to make sure I have already checked at the Enforcement website and it has when I was suspended for the one time I used bad language but other than that I am a good player and for the most
part I enjoying helping other gamers in games I do play on the Xbox One....so I'm just wondering if there is an update? I was told it could be something wrong with my account not updating from the cloud by a couple off Xbox representatives, which if this is
the case is there a way to push it through? or would that wipe any of the current gamer scored that I have earned since?

Transfer of Xbox 360 achievement score to Xbox One

Hi there,

are you missing some achievements as score or missing everything from the 360?

When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.

So where did you notice missing? On the xbox.com website, Xbox 360 or the Xbox One?

This is probably unrelated so might not help, but I recently deleted my gamertag from the 360 and recovered it, only to find my GS was down by 10,000 (score I've earned on the Xbox One) and signing back on the Xbox One etc. didn't seem to fix it, though
it was displaying right on the Xbox One and Xbox website anyway.

Turns out all I needed to do was unlock an achievement on the 360 and everything synced back up again, so I'm curious as to where you first noticed the missing score, maybe you just need to earn another achievement on the 360 or Xbox One for it display correctly
again?

 

You have had a Gamerscore reset due to the modded achievements on several xbox 360 games.As xbox one games achievements can't be modded only your xbox 360 games achievements were reset.

When this happens you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

Ok so I like I said I have never cheated so now what is the process to dispute this? It does appear on the enforcement website so how do I dispute it?

 

Looking at your games It's not hard to find several games with modded achievements on them so there's nothing to dispute.

You wont get that Gamerscore back.

 

I would like to know how you considered them Modded? what is the justification on how you decide? I put countless hours into my games

 

You have several online only achievements with no time/date stamp.This can only be done using outside software which is modding.

 

That's very interesting because if this was brought to my attention 2 years ago when it first happened I had everything I earned saved to my computer while recording with Elgato, as I was preparing to start posting youtube guides for certain games. The
other thing is that were numerous achievements I eared that didn't give me a timestamp or date. And to top it off Xbox has had issues with achievements popping incorrectly or being glitched and not popping at all.....for one example with a recent game My
flawless raider achievement for Destiny didn't pop until 3.5 weeks after I earned it which just shows that Xbox is still having issues with achievements and now I lost basically 8 years of gaming because the system failed on your side.....especially when I
first brought it 2 years ago there was no answer other than "Check the Enforcement website" and "It has something to do with the cloud not pushing the update" which just shows that you guys are still trying to figure it out....which is very very sad because
legit gamers like myself are paying, yet when cheaters who are Ddosing other players in games or using modded controllers since the days of Call of duty 4: MW and have been reported by myself and everybody on my team and in lobbys keep on cheating and playing
with nothing being done.....**** even with youtube videos going up with video proof showing these players cheating they still keep playing with nothing being done about it......and us legit players pay because your system has failed.....again

 

It's only xbox one achievements that sometimes have been having issues,that would have nothing to do with xbox 360 achievements as they work in a different way.

Moving your data to your computer is against the rules & one way people mod their Gamerscore.

It is impossible for legitimately earned online only achievements to unlock without a time/date stamp.The only way it can happen is by modding.

It is nothing that has failed on Microsofts side,your Gamerscore has clearly been modded by you or someone with access to your account which is plain to see no matter what excuses you come up with.

Cheats & modders are banned on a regular basis.

You will never get that Gamerscore back.

You can start a new account & earn them legitimately if you wish but if you are caught with modded Gamerscore again you may well be permanently banned.

 

Again I have never cheated or modded my Gamerscore I can give you another example in which the 360 score was wrong, actually 2 one that I did benefit from and the other that the time stamp was activated....One of the first games I maxed out was Enchanted
arms back in 2008 and the first few achievements I unlocked didn't have a Timestamp/Date but the rest did....so whats your excuse on that? and the other is Gears of War the first one....take a look at that one....I got the "Seriously" achievement (10,000 online
kills) along with all the other Gamerscore on that game mostly on the same day and all I did was log in and try to play a match.....so how do you explain that? not having problems on the 360 compared to the xbox one cause they are "different" is a bad excuse.....and
no you guys are not banning the cheaters and modders because I have added a few of them on my friends list and reported them serval times but nothing has been done....you cant tell me there has not been problems when I have always had Xbox Live active and
hooked up to the internet and I have had several achievements not show up with "Timestamps/Dates" but you guys take our money and then say "start over"......that sounds like a greedy company trying to cover up there mistakes that they have no excuse for.....but
you know what I am clearing getting nowhere with you or Xbox I am just glad that this post will be up here for people too see how greedy you guys are and that if you make mistakes on your side or the system makes mistakes and no one can figure it out you will
just take away the Gamerscore without explaining it, taking away the hard time and hard earned money.....shoot you can even go the Xbox One, Xbox 360 Achievements, News, Reviews, Guides & Forums at XboxAchievements.com and numerous games in which they have achievements "Glitched" and make you have to start the
game over because of a failure on your side......and people who do read will also understand because there are many of us out there that have been screwed by those Glitches and now you took it a step further and screwed me out of everything.....plus I'm not
even sure if you are an employee of Xbox or just a gamer who wants to have some authority and be an "Ambassador" and try to tell me that xbox didn't mess up because it makes you feel good.....like I said in my first post I have stopped playing Xbox as much
as I did because I have gone more into PC gaming, but I did this mostly because it made me sick to my too my stomach that a system failure like this has taken my time and money and there is no excuse other than "You must be cheating".......so so sad

 

Encharted Arms has no online only achievements.

It's nothing to do with me,i don't work for Microsoft.

You don't seem to understand,it is impossible to have online only achievements without a time/date stamp unless you mod that achievement.All of the excuses you describe can't happen.

If you are connected to live you will always have a time/date stamp next to the achievement you unlocked.You have one of the vidmaster achievements on Halo 3 without a time/date stamp which is a dead giveaway,that achievement can't be earnt offline,you
have several "win xxx amount of ranked online games" achievements without a time/date stamp on a Basketball game,the only way to unlock those achievements without a time/date stamp is by modding

The evidence is there for everyone to see,your Gamerscore has been modded despite what you say & you will never get it back.

Microsoft haven't "screwed" you out of your achievements,the person tha modded them did that.

 

Again you talk about this timestamp and yet there is no timestamp on my Enchanted arms achievement when I was clearly online and like I stated before I have the "Seriously" achievement with a timestamp with only like 2200 kills online which just proves my
point that Xbox messes up like all companies do but my words are wasted on you since you have your opinion which even if I still had my recorded footage to convince you and prove, you could do nothing as it is you are not an employee....so basically this whole
conversation was a waste of time

If an achievement has no time/date stamp then you were not online when it was unlocked.

The enforcement team has other ways to tell whether an achievement as unlocked legitimately or not & yours clearly weren't.

You'll get the same answer not matter who you ask.Your Gamerscore was reset due to it being modded & you will never get it back.

You can either face up to that fact or keep coming up with excuses,makes no difference to me.You have been answered even though you wont accept the answer, so that's the end of it as far as i'm concerned.

 

you have given your opinion, but when I bring up 2 examples of the many that contradict what you are saying you still say I modded my score....im sure next you'll say the 6500+ Gamerscore I have earned over the course of the 3 weeks will eventually be "cheating"
because I earned them too fast.....look I understand you try too help and maybe I am a little upset because you are questioning my integrity but the 2 examples I provided did go against what you say....I have always been hooked up to Xbox Live and never play
unless online, regardless of it being offline or online achievements, and I'll bring up the examples again Enchanted Arms may have no online score but there are timestamps missing from a few of those achievements and Gears of War all have a timestamp but those
were just given too me.......here is another thought.....if I was modding my score why would I only do half of some games? or leave 1 achievement unlocked (Lost Odyssey) when I could have easily modded those ones to complete the game? That just doesn't make
sense in my eyes......does it too you? I know you feel strong in your opinion but you have to realize that system hiccups happen all the time, its the nature of electronics......think about it why would I leave some of the hardest achievements locked? I was
going through the free Sniper game on the 360 when everything was wiped.....you say I come up with excuses but again I have given you examples of the system mistake and you say nothing to those examples which just shows that its your opinion again which means
nothing cause you cant do anything about it anyways
